Ow man.. this was bad

A thin story about AI with lots of holes in the plot.Main character is displayed as a badass boy but man he looks like a baby.The story is real simple and not much is happening the whole movie.The relationship between the characters are also real flat . No, It really did not live up to the score it has here on IMDB.Also for an horror not much horror is seen in the whole movei.

Rather boring and pointless...

Now, I virtually had no idea what I was in for here, as I sat down to watch the 2025 movie "The Correction Unit". I had never even heard about it prior to stumbling upon it. And since I do believe in giving all movies a fair chance, of course I also opted to watch this movie from writer and director Derry Shillitto.The storyline in the movie was boring and uneventful, and it was difficult to get submerged into the narrative as something serious. So writer Derry Shillitto didn't exactly hit a homerun here.The acting performances in the movie were fair. The only familiar talent on the cast list for me was Bella Ramsey, as the voice of nTrac. I don't have anything against Bella Ramsey in any way, and personally don't understand all the online trolling and cyberbullying she is facing for her role in "The Last of Us", but I have to say that she performed inadequately here as a voice of an AI entity. I just didn't buy into her voice and accent as a malicious AI entity for a second. It should be noted, though, that the acting performances by the actors and actresses actually on the screen were fair.Visually, then you're not in for anything grand. The effects were okay, but nothing outstanding.This is by no means a movie that I would recommend for anyone to spend 100 minutes on watching. Some of us virtually suffered through this ordeal so you don't have to, you're quite welcome. And it most certainly is not a movie that will find its way back to my screen a second time.My rating of writer an director Derry Shillitto's 2025 movie "The Correction Unit" lands on a very generous three out of ten stars.

Really Bad .........

Don't get all the hight praise and 9's and 10's. Are these reviews left by the cast and crew? This film is awful. Terrible acting coupled with totally unrealistic dialogue does not make for great viewing. And who cares about this obnoxious group of teenagers? Not me. Don't believe everything you read. This is a first class turkey.
