Generic and somewhat hard to buy into...

As I had the opportunity to sit down and watch the 2025 movie "Trap House" I opted to do so. Sure, I had never even heard about it, and I can't claim to harbor any grand expectations to director Michael Dowse's 2025 movie, as I am not overly much a fan of Dave Bautista.Writers Gary Scott Thompson and Tom O'Connor put together a script and storyline that proved somewhat stupid. It was a pretty far fetched narrative, and I struggled to buy into how easy it was for the kids of the DEA to get their hands on DEA scripted material and pull off the stuff that they did.Of the entire cast ensemble in the movie, I was only familiar with Dave Bautista and Bobby Cannavale. The acting performances in the movie were fair enough for a movie such as this.I am sure that fans of Dave Bautista will be getting a far bigger kick out of this 2025 action crime thriller than I did. And I can in all honesty say that I am never returning to watch this movie a second time.My rating of director Michael Dowse's 2025 movie "Trap House" lands on a generous four out of ten stars.

Had the Budget and the actors, trash

I give it four just for effort sheesh. The director failed at every level. The story had potential but again, the director failed at every level. I gave it half a star on Fandango at Home considering I bought this trash. It's frustrating when a story HAS potential and it's throw out the window. How on earth this get 61% on Tomatometer?!
