Plot summary

Recommend avoiding this one

I didn't really find this one any better than the last "horror" movie I watched that had Tom Sizemore (RIP) in it called The Haunting of Hell Hole Mine. The gist of this one is 4 frumpy candidates in red sweat suits are in a generic facility to get therapy by being exposed to their fears to break them of it, I guess. Generic is a good way to describe things going on during the majority of the runtime. Had a hard time staying awake. Malloy (also sporting a frumpy hoodie) lectured ok and had the only energy. Hannah looked sharp (if not out of place) with her nicer clothes and groomed look, but in all, everything lacked substance. As time went on, it was scene after similar scene- drawn out with emotional contrivances that failed to entertain me. My vote is avoid.

Tom Sizemore Movie

I immediately expected a crappy movie seeing that Tom Sizemore was in it. I said to myself I'll give it 30 minutes before I look for something else. This movie sucked me in ...no wait , this movie just sucked. I know we all have to make a living , but Tom might want to rethink his profession. Right off the bat I had no idea what the frigg was going on. The Irish guy with his Whiskey , really ? Cliche ? Frank and Daniel have their own demons to face. Who comes up with this horrendous stuff ? Surprised that this got a 2.5 rating. Really ? I give it 1/2 a star for originality...even though it was horribly excitcuted. Avoid at all costs. Just an embarrassment.

Thriller with surprising twists.

I agree that it is bad when producers put in the Tom Sizemore part, just to add him as a name connected to the film. His part add nothing to the film, so i base my opinion to the rest of the movie, and i think it is a really good movie.Some good acting is always a good start of a movie, and with a story that in parts have been done before with the theme of how far are you going to obey a "leader" if he promise you a better life ?With a probably quite low budget, the movie have several tense scenes, and no matter of what kind of insecurities we have, we probably identify with some of the people in the "program".Perhaps the movie should have a trigger warning, as some of the people in the movie had a quite tragic background and if you are a survivor of similar things, it might be tough to watch.That said, i was prepared for a twist, and saw it coming a mile away - but this is a movie that feed you a twist, so you are unprepared to the next one.I loved that !
