Dull, but in a pretty suit

If you are making a movie about a Mary Sue you have to be careful. Because Mary Sues are incredibly boring characters. This movie does make it a bit interesting, with some characters that you could possibly get invested in, but the overall tone is not getting to that point, and it all sort of flounders. The introductions of the bad guys are comical, and that sort of schlock does not fit with the rest of the tone, and becomes just comically jarring. It is not a good movie, but hides the dullness in a slick execution, lack of humor, and a mary sue of a mary sue.

Fast paced and high body count

The movie flowed up to a point with simply a lot of fun, a lot tongue-in-cheek. Then it seemed to bog down towards the end, and then threw in a lot of twists. Mary Sue is a drugged out young woman whose father was killed while trying to rob a place, and her mother wound up marrying Bradley while serving food at a party - a love at first site. But her antics caused problems for Bradley in his political ambitions, as she was wild, and made a lot of scandal. So she had to be killed off. But she was not simply a young drugged out woman. And that is the bigger part of the movie. I felt that too much was left to near the end of the movie, which completely disrupted the flow. There is enough fun to even things out, but I suspect the movie will be quickly forgotten.
