We see you and we know what you are doing

So the "critics" on this one are against it for the casting. And that's just sad really. Great film based on a great novel. In terms of who was cast I thought everyone gave excellent performances. It was a twist and turn plot and had plenty of keep you guessing moments. Some good action sequences and suspense. Someone mentioned they edited out a scene which makes sense now but actually thought it worked anyways, flowed well regardless.I was reviewing what came out in 2025 the other day, and it was the most abysmal year in film in my long living memory. To see a decent thriller in 2026, from a decent novel with a decent cast. Gives me hope. Well done to everyone involved in this production from the top down. Really enjoyed this.

Boring and uninteresting

I like all of these actors but I just found the movie to be boring. The twists and turns weren't there and the reveals weren't exciting or earned. The cinematography was too dark and the pace was too slow.With a movie like "Gone Girl", you just have no idea what's going on but it's captivating. With this, you don't really care.
