Needless to say that I had never even heard about this 2026 drama titled "Toxicity" prior to stumbling upon it by random luck. On account of it being a movie that I hadn't already seen, of course I opted to give it a fair chance.Writer Felix Jordan, whom also directed the movie, put together a script and storyline that proved to be slow paced and sort of uneventful. I was struggling to find things that were interesting in the narrative, and thus started to zone out and drift, as there wasn't really a whole lot of that transpiring on the screen.One thing that worked in favor of the movie was that I was not familiar with a single actor or actress on the cast list. The acting performances in "Toxicity" were fair.Semi-watchable, for sure, but hardly a movie that warrants more than a single viewing. But then again, I am not overly keen on dramas. I am sure that diehard fans of dramas will enjoy "Toxicity" far more than I did as a casual viewer.My rating of writer and director Felix Jordan's 2026 drama "Toxicity" lands on a generous three out of ten stars.
